Sales Executives
Title: Energy Management Sales
Building Energy Experts, an Energy Management Company located in Crystal Lake, Illinois, has immediate openings for relationship focused sales professionals.
We work in conjunction with our local utility company’s rebate programs to upgrade local businesses to energy efficient lighting with no initial investment or negative impact on their bottom line.
Compensation is performance based with strong incentives for high performance and no limit on earnings potential.
Territories available in N. Illinois and S. Wisconsin. Industry knowledge in Construction, HVAC and Lighting or Project Sales is preferred. We will train you with industry and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Locating and enrolling commercial properties in an energy efficient lighting program.
- Meeting with prospects to present proposals that identify the benefits of our products and services.
- Assessing a client’s current lighting systems and providing recommendations for maximizing energy savings.
- Remaining detail oriented with pre-inspection and documentation of enrolled properties.
- Continuously working with client management to identify additional opportunities
Qualifications:
- Ability to travel to various locations within your territory.
- Customer qualification and closing abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Aggressive business development and prospecting experience.
- Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
- Must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to multi-task.
- Sales experience preferred, but not necessary.
