REBATES & INCENTIVES FOR MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTIES

Most multi-family energy upgrades we complete are partially or fully covered by Illinois utility rebate programs. We are an authorized contractor for ComEd, Nicor Gas, Peoples Gas, and NorthShore Gas, and we handle the full rebate application process from pre-approval to final submission. You focus on the building, we focus on the paperwork.

HOW IT WORKS

We are an authorized contractor across all four major Illinois utility programs, which means we know each program's requirements, deadlines, and inspection standards. We handle the application process from start to finish so your rebate actually closes. For qualifying income-eligible buildings in the Nicor Gas service territory, rebate programs may cover 100% of project costs. For market-rate buildings, substantial rebates are available across multiple programs simultaneously.

QUALIFYING FOR REBATES IS EASIER WITH US

The fastest way to find out what your building qualifies for is a no-cost assessment. We tell you which programs apply, what each one covers, and what your out-of-pocket cost will be before any work begins.

Illinois utility rebate programs are real money, but they are also paperwork-heavy. Pre-approval forms, mid-project documentation, post-installation inspections, and final submission packages all have to be done correctly and on schedule. Buildings lose tens of thousands of dollars every year because contractors miss deadlines, fail inspections, or submit incomplete paperwork.

Rebate Programs

Authorized Across Four Major Programs

Each utility program funds different measures with different eligibility criteria. Most multi-family buildings in Chicagoland qualify for at least one program. Many qualify for two or more at the same time, and we coordinate them together for maximum coverage.
