Specific income-eligible multi family properties and buildings that are owned privately or by public housing authorities in Illinois may qualify for NO COST weatherization upgrades like insulation, air sealing, and more from qualified insulation contractors, like Building Energy Experts. This pilot program is for multi-family properties in ComEd, Nicor Gas, Peoples Gas, and North Shore Gas territories, and requires a pre-inspection and written pre-approval from the program before any project installation begins.
